Petition for Letters of Administration
Daniel Inman
October 1, 1828


To the Surrogate of the county of Wayne; The petition of          Daniel Inman respectfully showeth.

    That he is the son of Joseph Inman late of the town of Ontario in said county deceased, - That the said deceased left no last will so far as your petitioner has been able to discover - Your petitioner would further state that the Estate of the said deceased has been settled by the heirs & that the object of taking letters is only to give a discharge on a certain mortgage which has been paid -

Your petitioner therefore prays that he may be appointed administrator of said Estate.
