Will : IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN - I Abraham Inman being sick and weak of body but of perfect memory thanks be given to almighty god for the same, do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following IMPRIMIS I bequeath my soul into the hands of my Creator Almighty God wholly trusting to the merritts of Jesus Christ my saviour and having assured hopes of a resurrection at the last day and my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and comely? manner at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named.

ITEM I give and bequeath unto Sarah Jones the eldest daughter of Nathaniel Jones her heirs and assigns forever all my lands with the appurtinances thereunto belonging lying in upper Machodick in this County of Westin.

ITEM I give and bequeath unto Margaret Jones daughter of Nath Jones one cow.

ITEM I give and bequeath unto a minister the part? that shall be settled in the parish of upper Machodick and Appomattox one cow to belong to the ministry of the said parish forever.

ITEM I give unto Daniel White my red yearling heifer and to Ann Phillips wife of Michael Phillips the cow Calf that came of my red two year ole heifer.

ITEM I give and bequeath unto the said Nathaniel Jones all the residue of my said estate goods and chattles whatsoever and do also constitute and appoint him to be my whole and sole Executor(?) of this my last will and Testament In WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 18th day of April 1662

August 20th 1662. This will was proved in the Count Court of Westin by the oaths of the witnesses sub scribed unto and ordered to be recorded.
